well, things in Washington have certainly gone to hell, with no end in sight. I have 'discovered' the Glenn Beck program, ( I just got a satellite dish). I cant help but think that with the coverage on tv, the internet, (forget most newspapers) that we can band together and stop the hemmorhaging It's going to get ugly before it gets better. I have found 'friends' online, being out in the middle of nowhere.... I like interacting with politcal friends and foes.
While I wont have a computer full of 'links' to back up my every statement, I do think (hopefully) I might just have a take on a few things.
I have a son who is going to re-deploy next week. 3rd tour to Afghanistan. Mr. Obama, for crissakes, either SHIT or get off the pot. My God man, get an objective to your generals, and get the hell out of their way. We have spent the time and money to train these fine young people, have built the machinery. This halfway in bullshit has to stop. Our Boys are ready to go. You are not sending a very good message to the rest of the world.
Either go in will ALL the torches lit, or get OUT.. havent you learned anything from history?
